Mr. Trenhaile is a co-founder of Walkerville Capital. Owing to his extensive business and legal backgrounds, Mr. Trenhaile has taken a natural role in the Private Equity Industry, focused on organizational and investment activities associated with real estate development. Mr. Trenhaile is a licensed lawyer in Ontario with over 17 years of experience working within commercial real estate sales and development. Current projects underway in Windsor's core top $25 million, and include 374 Ouellette (Canada Building), 703-17 Ouellette (Knights of Columbus Building) and 493 University Road West.

In a previous life, Mr. Trenhaile was an All-Canadian member of the storied University of Windsor Track and Field team, and continues to live and invest in the Windsor area. He believes a city is only as good as its core, and remains hell bent on seeing it thrive during his lifetime.

Reed is the chief operating officer of Walkerville Capital. He has extensive knowledge in the real estate development, real estate sales, and real estate management businesses, and is also a licensed Realtor in Ontario. Reed specializes in development, value-add projects, and income generating properties. Coming from a business background, he is currently working on many projects including an $18M investment in Windsor's Canada Building.

Reed grew up with a passion for playing hockey. His passion resulted in an NCAA hockey scholarship where he was the student-athlete studying Business Administration. Reed moved back to Windsor after school and continues to stay active in the hockey community, both playing and coaching in Windsor.
